Welcome to Kingfisher IPTV UK. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, our IPTV UK streaming service, and any related applications or services (collectively, the “Service”).

By purchasing a subscription, accessing our website, or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use or access our Service.

1. Eligibility

3. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Billing: All prices are listed in GBP (£). You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen subscription plan (1-month, 6-month, or 12-month).
  • No Auto-Renewal: Our subscriptions are billed as one-time payments. Your service will expire at the end of the paid term. We do not automatically charge your card for renewals.
  • Refunds: Because our IPTV UK service is a digital product delivered instantly, all sales are final. Please refer to our [Refund & Cancellation Policy] for the limited circumstances under which we may offer a refund.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

When using our Service, you agree NOT to:

5. Third-Party Applications and Devices

Our IPTV UK service is compatible with a wide range of third-party media players (e.g., IPTV Smarters, TiviMate, IBO Player, XCIPTV) and devices (Firestick, Smart TVs, Android boxes).

  • No Affiliation: We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for these third-party applications or hardware manufacturers.
  • App Fees: Some third-party apps may require you to purchase a premium license after a free trial. Kingfisher IPTV UK is not responsible for any fees charged by these external app developers.
  • Device Compatibility: It is your responsibility to ensure your device and internet connection meet the minimum requirements for streaming.

6. Copyright and Intellectual Property

Kingfisher IPTV UK respects the intellectual property rights of others. We operate under the premise that we only provide access to publicly available streams and content.

  • DMCA / Copyright Notices: If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content on our IPTV UK service infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notice using the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) or UK Copyright Law provisions.
  • Takedown Procedure: Please send a written notice to contact@kingfisheriptvuk.com containing:
    1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
    2. The exact channel name, VOD title, or URL where the infringing material is located.
    3. Your contact information and a statement of good faith.
  • We will promptly review and, if valid, remove or disable access to the infringing content.

7. Service Availability and “As Is” Clause

  • Uptime: While we strive for 99.9% server uptime and utilize anti-freeze technology, we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Streaming can be affected by server maintenance, ISP throttling, or your local internet connection.
  • “As Is”: Our IPTV UK service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy of the Electronic Program Guide (EPG) or the continuous availability of specific VOD content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Kingfisher IPTV UK, its owners, and its employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or entertainment, arising out of your use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the IPTV UK Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Use. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal suits or claims arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 7 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
